Promotional Calendars

 

Our imprinted promotional state calendars are available to any business or individual who wishes to purchase at least 100 calendars.  Calendars are available with or without an imprint. 

 

Retail Calendars

 

Retail state calendars are only available to qualified retail outlets (calendar stores, gifts shops, retail stores) see out retail calendar section on our main navigation bar for details. We are always looking for new retail outlets.

For 2012 we offer ALL 50 states plus the following titles and the City of San Diego.

 

Imprinting

 

For the promotional calendars we are offering two imprint choices for 2012:

 

Drop-Ad Imprint:  This is the most common in the industry.  Your imprint is located on the inside back cover which extends down 2" below the calendar (see home page for view).  Imprint maximum size is 9 ½" wide x 1 ¾" high.  Standard imprint color: Black

 

Imprint on Every Month:  We offer as an option to print your ad message on every page there is a month.  The imprint is located at the top edge of the calendar pad portion.  Maximum imprint size is 9 1/4" wide x 1 1/4" high.  Imprint on every page calendars are available for an additional $1.00 @ 100 Qty, $0.80 @ 250, $0.60 @ 500, $0.50 @ 1000, $0.40 @ 2500 per calendar upgrade.

 

NEW for 2012 - Custom Covers:

 

Have your calendar with your own custom cover.  Email us a high resolution photo taken with a digital camera of at least 7 megapixels or mail us a high quality photograph preferable an 8 x 10 size.  Cost:  $58.00

9:  Low pricing for 2012 calendars.   Order acceptance depends on availability of inventory.  Inventory does sell out near the end of selling season so please order early.

10:  PAY NO SALES TAX!!  We do not collect sales tax on any order shipped to any state as Oregon does not have a sales tax.

Calendar Size:  10" wide open & 16" high when open and 10" wide x 9" high when closed (with drop-ad)

 

Binding Options: Comb (included) - Spiral $0.15 additional per calendars

 

Imprint Colors:  Black is standard. Additional colors available: Pantone basic colors (red, blue, green, brown and orange add $39.00 per color, plus 7 cents each per calendar run-charge.

 

PMS Color Match:  $40.00 per color plus $15.00 per color wash-up charge, plus 7 cents each per calendar run-charge.

 

Custom Cover Option:  $58.00.

 

Change of Copy:  $15.00 - minimum of 100 calendars for each copy change.

 

Personalization:  $2.50 per calendar - minimum of 50 calendars.

 

Half-tones:  $25.00 for B&W photo or artwork.

 

Less than minimum charge:  Add $30.00 - 50 calendars absolute minimum order if imprinted.  No less than minimum charge for non-imprinted calendars.

 

RUSH Orders:  $25.00 (on time less than 10 working days if available)

 

Envelopes:  $30.00 per 100.  Inserting:  $18.00 per 100.

 

Page 2 (back of cover) available for printing:  $0.20 per calendar & $20.00 setup charge.

 

Drop Shipping:  $5.00 per location after the first shipment.

 

Shipping:  Carton weight for 100 calendars approximately 30 lbs.

 

Mailing Fulfillment: $0.35 per calendar plus postage.

 

Binding Option:  Comb or Spiral (Spiral binding add $0.15 per calendar).  Comb binding recommended as more attractive and substantial.
